Yes, we offer refunds on a case by case basis. If you would like to return your order please email us with you request within 28 days of purchasing the item. Once we've confirmed, you can return the items at your own cost. If you have received a damaged item, we will attempt to claim on the delivery insurance and refund you in full.

We offer full refunds for courses up until 21 days prior to the course date. If you want to cancel within the 21 days, we will try and fill your spot. If we successfully fill your post in time, we will refund you the full amount.

No, we don't offer accommodation at Netherwood Estate. However we've made a recommended accommodation list of Local B&B's and Camping for you to book at you own convenience.

All our courses are held at the Garden Room on Netherwood Estate. Netherwood Manor, Stoke Bliss, Tenbury Wells WR15 8RT When travelling to the course, turn off the main road B4214, past the wooden bus stop, follow the drive for about 1 mile , when you get to end of the drive there will be signs directing you to were to park. The Garden Room is a short walk from where you park, it will be sign posted on the morning of the course.
